How is it actually built for women? +
From the ground up — not adapted from a men's app. Programming is cycle-aware, nutrition targets are calculated for female physiology instead of scaled-down male formulas, and the coach's answers account for how training, recovery, and hormones actually interact in women's bodies.
Do I need to track my cycle? +
No — it's optional, but powerful. With it, Shevalion times your hardest training to when you're strongest and your deloads to when you need them. Without it, you still get the full coach, plan, and nutrition. It also supports different life stages — the coaching adapts to you either way.
Where does my data live? +
On your device. Your profile, logs, and cycle data are stored locally in your browser — there's no account database to breach and we don't run ad trackers.
